Mark LinkVP, Field OperationsMark has over thirteen years of commercial construction experience working in eleven states. Mark's expertise is in custom finishing, carpentry, and overall project management to retail, commercial, and institutional clients.
Carolyn StephensVP, Marketing & CommunicationsCarolyn is a marketing and sales professional with over 20 years experience in the tri-state B2B market. Prior to joining Lipps and Son, she was affiliated with the Cincinnati Better Business Bureau for eight years. In addition to working with clients and vendors, Carolyn is responsible for strategic planning for the company.

In 2006, Lipps & Son was honored with a Preservation Award by the Cincinnati Preservation Association for the rehabilitation of the Covington Sears, Roebuck & Company Store. - Community Involvement
During our twenty-eight year history, Lipps & Son has provided support to dozens of charitable causes. We believe in giving back to our communities and helping those who are less fortunate. Below are a few examples of the organizations & programs that we are currently involved with.
University of Cincinnati DAAP
We build a stage for their "fashion show" held at the University of Cincinnati and continually sponsor and help facilitate the annual Macy's / Rudy Javosky Golf Classic that directly benefits DAAP.
People Working Cooperatively
Lipps & Son has enjoyed playing a role in the Annual Repair Affair with this partner non-profit. Residential home projects are completed for the clientele of PWC, with the goal of keeping the homeowner safe and comfortable in their home, despite disadvantages of age or income.
